Laboratory of Circular Polymers: Preventing Plastics to be Wasted
Laboratory of Circular Polymers (LCP) is a joint laboratory devoted to the various approaches towards searching for a solutions how to avoid plastics waste by making it a source for new polymer manufacture.
At the moment the laboratory is lead by Prof. Merna but we are looking for junior group leader with main focus on this topic.

prof. Jan Merna (B128): Making polyolefins to become a paper for 21st century, compatibilization of plastic waste by block and graft copolymers prepared by catalytic way.
Prof. Jiri Brozek (B125): Looking for (highly reversible) ROP as a solution for plastics circularity
dr. Stella Gonsales (B119): Chemical recycling of polyolefins by alkane metathesis
